My name is Olivia Wycech. I’m 25 and although very Polish by blood, I currently live in Taipei City, Taiwan, and Ottawa, Canada is home land. I teach small children and small adults (really, everyone here is so small) English here in Taipei, and am also a lightweight ambitious photographer and a remarkably imaginative creative writer. I read a lot, like A LOT, the eloquent paradoxes penned by Tom Robbins are a good place to start, and the beautifully written and emotionally compelling dark literary tales of Haruki Murakami have recently blown my mind, like I have no mind left. A love of Siamese cats, books, electro, popcorn, and LOST help shape my existence. I am one third of a fresh promotional collective in Taipei, we’re putting Taiwan on the map in the indie electro global movement. I speak three languages and trying to pick up a fourth. I’m fascinating, funny, intense, an obstinate scorpio, and quite cute. I travel a lot and write about it, as well the bizarre every day affairs that follow those living abroad are the foundation of my literary pennings. These are my stories, this is my world, live it and love it with me.
